  • Gloria Alcalá | Producer, Director

    Gloria Alcalá is a theatre artist and educator based in Seattle and New York City. With a BFA in Theatre from Cornish College of the Arts (Seattle, WA), Gloria has worked as an actor, playwright and director on the Fringe, Regional, and Off-Broadway level - showcasing different skills at each. Their verbatim, documentary-style solo show An Endless Shift premiered Off-Broadway in March 2022 at the United Solo Festival after the January 2022 world premiere production at ArtsWest in Seattle - which was Directed by Mathew Wright. Gloria works as a theatre educator with a mission of helping young artists and adults embrace their full capacity for storytelling through self-love and vulnerability. As a non-binary, mixed race playwright, Glo works to illuminate marginalized voices not only within queerness and Latinidad - but also communities of greater nuance within American oppression - such as healthcare workers and sufferers of mental illness and addiction. Gloria is also a vocalist, instrumentalist and songwriter. Glo is a Jimmy Award recipient (2015) and a Gregory Award nominee (2019) - both for performance in Musical Theatre.

  • Megan Margaret Moore | Artistic Director, Performer, Playwright

    Megan is a passionate creative with a love for all things whimsical. Her scorpio rising takes flight in her mission to transmute life’s struggles into performance art, and makes transmuting such accessible through creativity workshops geared toward first time artists. Megan has cultivated The Frette universe through her own life experience, and aims to shine a limelight on the realities of mental health through this vibrant, comedic world. A graduate of Cornish College of the Arts and recipient of a BFA in Dance, Meg utilizes her choreographic worldview on the to create movement forward performances.

    Meg is founder of SaltShake, the platform in which she produces creativity workshops and performance formats. She additionally works as a Freelance Choreographer and is an emerging writer for stage and screen.

  • Aly Byatt | Producer, Performer

    After randomly moving to Whidbey Island, Washington, Aly met Meg and wound up collaborating on a Frette piece for a local contemporary dance performance. It was love at first sight. Aly has spent her early 20s performing various shakespearean roles with the Drilling Company in NY and was thrilled to relocate to Austin, TX in her later years to connect with the Filigree theater company focusing on classic works. When she's not working, Aly spends her time enjoying the island with her husband, two children and tiny dog.
